First Fishing Outing of 2013

Well, I thought my first fishing trip of 2013 was going to be great! Sadly, I was mistaken. My buddy Patrick (Harbor_Patrol) and I launched out of the dock at Air Power Park in Hampton, VA. Let me tell you I thought I was going to turtle right off the bat! The morning was a crisp 32F and I was freezing. Once we got out on the water the temperature started to warm and it was a nice 55F. We stayed out for about 4 hours without a single hit. I was tired and had to call it quits.
It was nice to get out and be on the water though. Sometimes you catch them and sometimes you don’t. I think the water was to cold and the water levels were ridiculously low at high tide. Oh Well, next time I slay ‘em.
